Revival On Summit Street
This 1911 Colonial Revival was a West End beauty with great bones but in need of a little love and a lot of tearout. Originally built for a Winston-Salem executive’s large family, the home had fallen into disrepair after it’s conversion to a boarding house for nearly 40 years. Brought back to life both physically and spiritually by a lovely couple in the early 1970’s, by 2017 the home once again begged for love and updates.
